Wrap’n’Ride – Standard Policies 

 

1. Warranty Policy (Wrap Installation)

  • Covers installation workmanship for 12 months (lifting, peeling, bubbling).

  • Manufacturer warranty applies separately to vinyl material defects.

  • Voided if: improper cleaning, pressure washing, third-party tampering, accidents, or harsh chemical use.

  • Normal wear, fading, or scratches from road debris are not covered.


2. Wrap Removal Disclaimer

  • Wrap removal service is available, but paint condition cannot be guaranteed.

  • Wrap’n’Ride is not responsible for:

    • Paint chipping or peeling during removal.

    • Exposed rust, prior damage, or aftermarket paint issues.

  • Customers must sign acknowledgment of risks before removal begins.


3. Deposits & Payments

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book installation.

  • Remaining balance due on or before completion of the job.

  • No vehicle will be released until payment is received in full.


4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Vehicle must be delivered clean (no wax, tar, or heavy dirt). Cleaning fees may apply if prep is required.

  • Any bodywork, dents, or rust must be disclosed; Wrap’n’Ride is not responsible for imperfections showing through vinyl.

  • Vehicle must remain at Wrap’n’Ride for the full installation time quoted. Early pickup requests may affect warranty.


5. Care & Maintenance

  • Hand wash only with mild soap and soft sponge.

  • No pressure washing, abrasive scrubbing, or harsh chemicals.

  • Avoid automatic car washes.

  • Bird droppings, tree sap, and fuel spills should be cleaned immediately to avoid damage.


6. Limitations of Liability

  • Wrap’n’Ride is not liable for:

    • Damages caused by accidents, weather conditions, or road debris.

    • Issues arising from undisclosed repairs, poor paint, or rust.

    • Loss of business income if a customer’s vehicle is out of service.
